Pours a cloudy dark orange with a half finger white silky head.
Aroma is strong of grain with a nice sweetness behind it.
Flavor starts off with a clean grain taste that shifts over to a beautiful sweet biscuity base. That flavor sticks with you through the finish.
Feel is soft and slightly sticky on the lips. Bitterness is low and there is a bit of seltzer kick to it.
Though I'm not a big fan of belgian ales this has some really nice characteristics - enough to impress me.
