Look: Opaque hazy pale orange with a thick frothy pale yellow head. No activity visible.
Smell: Almost pure fruit juice. Notes of fresh cut pineapple, peach juice, tangerine, honey dew, and mango. There might be a light honey malt notes and some raw oats but they are buried under all of those juicy fruit notes.
Taste: The attack holds this insane orange creamsicle note that not only taste like it but is creamy as well. This lingers lazily as a body of dried peach, honey dew, cantaloupe, dried mango, and green bananas develops into the body. This finish holds marmalade sweet notes, raw oats, and a chalky aspirin note.
Feel: Soft and creamy. Medium body. Very mild bitterness. The body is chalky with a dry finish. Just a wisp of alcohol warmth on the throat. Soft carbonation.
Overall: Good if flawed. It is a juicy hop eruption on the palate. However, I can’t get past that chalky green banana combination. It is by no means a deal breaker but I can only picture how stupid good this beer would be without it. A cool experience but not something I could drink all the time. Looking forward to the next version.

Proclamation continues to take their New England style IPAs to the next level. 13 is an absolute green, candied mango, pineapple juice bomb. And they also nailed the mouthfeel and carbonation on this one. Completely on par with Trillium's DDH Sleeper Street. If you are a fan of El Dorado hops and the NE style, it's hard to find anything wrong with this brew. Well done!
