12.68 fluid ounce bottle served in a balloon tulip. Pours a lovely, translucent gold with a loose, fizzy, quarter inch, bright white head that quickly dissipates towards the edges. Copious tiny bubbles are present effervescing in-solution and adhering to the edges of the bowl. Pleasant nose - tart citrus, rind and herbal/floral notes. Taste consistent with nose - gin rounds out the flavor profile at the back without too much of the pine needle/Christmas tree quality I normally get. Mouthfeel is light in body with a carbonation just shy of lively and an assertive acidity. All and all, a pretty nice offering. I'm not a huge fan of gin barrel-aged beers; however, this one pulls out all the right qualities. Nice collab.
