Draft at Aidan’s Pub, Bristol RI.

Appearance is perfect, very hazy, wheat yellow color.

Smell is light, surprisingly not a whole lot going on. Faint notes of dank, starfruit.

Taste is a “very good” but not outstanding NEIPA. Citrus notes are surprisingly subtle, pineapple, grapefruit, pine, grass.

Feel is just about right. Pleasant viscosity and carbonation.

Overall a very good if not outstanding beer. Surprising that Proclamation doesn’t call it a NEIPA but rather an APA. Good for warm summer weather after a long walk when you might want something on the less intense side.

Pale, slightly hazy por from can.
Fragrant nose with tropical notes of pineapple, guava, rosemary and juniper. The taste follows with tropical fruit flavors led by pineapple, guava and passion fruit with herbal notes of rosemary and thyme.
A pleasant beer but this is over hopped for a pale ale for my taste. The teal interest is in comparing the single hop variaties in ghis series. I would love to see mixed 4 pack to sit down and compare the taste profiles.

Softly glowing, opaque light yellow body; huge and sculpted white head, dense and creamy, rings and large patches of foam decorate the glass. Earthy aroma with fairly prominent citrus presence. The taste follows along the path of the smell; grapefruit tanginess up front; some biscuit and low-key hop bitterness peek through after the initial grapefruit rush. Medium-heavy body; sharp and acidic; fairly dry overall.

A pretty tasty and fairly balanced hazy pale ale featuring a single hop varietal (Vic Secret). My sample was canned 7/14/20, so about six weeks old and still tasting fine.

16oz can into a pint glass. Canned 7/14/20 so 5 weeks old.

Looks good enough. Standard cloudy orange body with a bright white head. The head does persist, and even leaves some interesting lacing.

Standard for the style muted dull fruit aroma.

On tasting, not as soft as the citra variant, but is a touch more aggressive in the citrus and hop departments, making it a little more bitter than citra. Nice taste.

Mouth between medium and full, finish more bitter and hoppy than citrus.

Overall, a good enough drink, but I think I slight prefer the citra variant. More to come, no doubt.

Pinkish white hued gold. It looks like a peach frappe. Dense, frothy head. Thicker 3D streaks for lace.

Creamy smell with plenty of stone fruit (peach and sweet cherry) and grapefruit rind and pine resin.

Creamy body with a rich malt base. The hop is far stronger. The bitterness had an earthiness to it. There's a mild booziness to the finish. The aftertaste is like a fading hop pellet.

Tap, CKT, mistake pour, but very good.

LOOK: hazy bright yellow. Big creamy white head, excellent retention.

Aroma: A little Perfumey after initial burst of citrus.

Taste: lemon first, then touch of juniper: wood, leaf, earth all fill in.

FEEL: light to medium body, well balanced.

Very good. I hope the beer I ordered is as good as this.

Five dollar can from Covenhoven. Apparently this is the shit I am told. Can stamped: "Chris is old 5/17/2019".

Pint glass. Hazy pineapple juice sort of color. Thin eggshell lace.

Smells of sour fruit, pith & wood chips.

One big gulp results in a pithy, green fruit flavor. Mellow but lingering rind bitterness. Not too much going on. Leaves sort of a pesticide-y numbness in your mouth like if you've eaten too many cherries. Frothy, okay carbonation. ABV could be lower.

Difficult to do more then one of these.
