From a 16oz can, dated 04/29/19. Served in a tulip.
Pours a hazy strawberry-lemonade color with minimal head formation, pretty much just a fizzy little collar.
Smell is sharp and sweetly tart, like a very light strawberry balsamic dressing. Relatively faint but very pleasant.
Taste is lightly sweet and tart, strawberry all the way, with a very faint, lemony, mildewy funk that mainlines straight to my brain’s pleasure centers. Sweet merciful fuck, I think I just soiled my underwear!
Feel is light, bright, and refreshing. Medium-light bodied but fine, fizzy carbonation makes it feel even lighter. Crisp at the outset, slick and slippery at the finish.
My wife ordered a pour of this at the brewery last weekend and I took a sip not expecting to like it. Instead, I stole it from her and made her drink my DIPA. Then I bought a couple of four-packs to take home with us. I don’t care for sours and, on general principal, don’t really approve of fruit in my beer but, honestly, I can’t even think of this as real beer. More like human catnip.

Thanks Jim R.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a fairly thick ruddy red color with a small white foamy head dieing off at a decent pace. Barely any lace.
The aroma was strawberries, full, sweet and tart. Modest amount of lactose to blend finely for balance.
The flavor copied the aroma sweet and tart with a light touch of sour with some lemon and peach skin. Mild aftertaste of strawberries and lactose.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied, perhaps a touch closer to full. Fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. ABV seemed right. The finish was all about the strawberries, sweet and tart.
Overall, fruited sour ale or fruit beer? Whatever, it's just damn good and more than worthy of coming back to.

Quarter finger of effervescent head that dissipated quickly. Hazy beer with a reddish orange color in the glass. Peaches and strawberries on the nose with lactose present. Lactose definitely there on the taste. If you like it, it's there. To me, it ruins a perfectly good sour. Mouthfeel dry and crisp.
