Interesting for sure 4oz pour at brewery
Looks then part nice tan head with good lacing and smell is normal stout not a ton of the adjunct come thru
Taste is where it is flips for me as it does taste almost flat sweet coke on the front then it fades back to stout.

Nice smooth mouthfeel
Just left confused on this and couldnt drink more then a 4oz pour. But the stout base is really good and looking forward to trying a more normal stout from this guys

Not a big fan. Tried it because I enjoy stouts and I like Dr. Pepper. This was a borderline drain pour. First beer I've ever disliked by Proc. Keep up the good work. Nice attempt but throw this recipe in the trash.

16oz. can served in a Spiegelau tulip. Pours the color and clarity of cola with a tight, quarter inch, khaki-colored head that dissipates into a soapy froth that coalesces around the edges. Nose is fairly subdued - hints of cocoa, roast and anise. Interesting flavor profile - consistent with nose; however, the presence of cherry/vanilla is detectable in the middle. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body (closer to light) with a mild, even carbonation. Overall, a little thin for a stout; however, I enjoy the Dr. Pepper homage and the abv is very well hidden.
