This is a take on our old standard, with one of our favorite hops. Notes of lime, green life savers, and navel oranges.

Pint canned 8/3/2020. Very Hazy straw yellow with substantial head. Nice aroma. Taste has some bitterness to it, but pretty fruity with orange and peach notes. Feel has a bite from the hops, but smooth with good carbonation. Overall, this is a very good beer, a little bit of biting bitterness though, but the fruit notes are interesting.

Canned 2/06/19
Pours a legit fizzy foamy head with good retention and lacing, hazy cloudy darker orange color

Nose loads of citrus, orange Julius, mango sherbet, tangerine juice, very soft malt

Taste juicy citrus, big tangerine and orange sherbet, mango sorbet, papaya, little doughy soft malt, juicy, light bitterness, drier but soft finish, little bitter rind and a touch spicy

Mouth is med bod, soft juicy, good creamy carb

Overall delicious, well done and tasty

16oz. can into Night Shift stemware.

Aromas of pear, orange and pineapple. Nicely aromatic. Beer opens pear, starfruit and citrus. Cane sugar and some pineapple in the middle. Super juicy and sweet. Ends more pear, mango and orange. Real mellow, even flavor profile. Body is light to medium with ample carbonation. Prickly and lively on the palate and goes down soft with a clean aftertaste.

I'm a big fan of this hop profile and Derivative shows it off flawlessly here.

Light honey color with a 3F head in a Spiegelau glass.

Banana, citrus, and tropical fruits in the aroma.

Medium plus carbonation.

Citrus and tropical fruit in the taste.

Sharp hoppy finish.

Excellent beer. I really enjoyed this beer and the single El Dorado hop.

Pours the color and clarity of Tropicana orange juice with a thin, tight band around the shoulders encircled by a delicate band of lacing. Nose expresses oranges and pith without being overly juicy. Taste consistent with nose with something herbal, almost akin to minty, at the back. Great mouthfeel on this beer. Medium-light with an assertive, crisp carbonation. The Derivative series are the exemplars I look for in the style. El Dorado did not disappoint.
