Beautiful golden color but no head whatsoever! The can was a bit soft so maybe it lost carbonation, but still quite effervescent and crisp. Properly funky and wild in the nose and taste. Love the addition of fermented cider apples because you get that quality, being very tart yet slightly sweet and always earthy. Great feel and finish, also retaining that cider quality throughout. Helps that the base beer seems delicious enough on its own. Well done, Proc!
