Batch 3, with viognier grapes
5 oz pour on location yielded a completely clear yellow with a quickly receding white head
Aroma is strong white grapes, light yeast and some lemon
Taste is more of the same, the oak barrel characteristic is subtle but briefly appears in the back end
Drinks super light for the abv, finishes off dry yet still a bit sticky
Solid overall but I probably wouldn’t get it again
