Pours lightly cloudy gold color with a two finger off white head. Aroma is punchy pineapple with a touch of coconut. Taste is similar except the coconut flavor is more prominent. This is the mark of sabros beers with the pina colada flavor. It is moderately sweet. Feel is soft and not too bitter. lightly carbonated.
This is a good beer that requires that you like sabro hops because of the peculiar pina colada taste.

16oz can dated 8/22/19.
Pours hazy yellow with a moderate head of white and decent retention. Pears in pear juice and melon in the nose. Light bodied with a creamy but thinnish mouthfeel. Melon and pear on the palate with zero malt and minimal bitterness. Finishes crisp and juicy with lingering pears.

16oz. can served in my Speigelau ale glass. Pours a dull orange with a hazy clarity and a tight, one inch, cream-colored head. Nose is fairly subdued - notes of melon, pith and perhaps a whiff of biscuit malt. Taste consistent with nose; however, there's also a buttery character that cuts through the flavor profile. Mouthfeel is light in body with a soft carbonation and a mild acidity. All and all, quite drinkable. My first experience with this hop varietal and it definitely has promise.
