Collaboration beer brewed with chocolate babka doughnuts and a heavy-handed dose of chocolate wheat, then conditioned for almost a week on heaps of 4 types of chocolate, Tahitian, Madagascar, and Mexican vanilla beans, and pistachios. We can’t stop drooling.

Enjoyed on tap at the final day of The Dive Bar being open.
A - Poured a nice dark blue with a thin mocha head that faded immediately to leave a thin halo.
S - Aromas of doughy wheat, candy sugars, chocolate, light roast, big sweeter vanilla without getting cloy.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with more wheat dough, big sugar glaze. Lighter chocolate, tons of candle like vanilla. Perfume for sure. Big sweet vanilla bean and extract.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, creamy, alcohol hidden nicely.
O - Overall this was a solid enough imperial stout. The vanilla gets almost oppressive and cloy but it's not terrible.
