Canned 9/9/22
I just made a trip to Proclamation for the first time in a while, and they had a "mixed sour six pack". I was intrigued so I got it. Now, I have to add, the Oooh! Straspberries in this series that I had was incredibly infected, so I've avoided this series for years, and now I ended up with 2 different variants. Hopefully this one fares better, but let's find out
Pours an opaque pale pinkish purple with 2 fingers of strawberry pink head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves minimal lacing
Well, it doesn't smell infected, but neither did the other one, so your guess is as good as mine for this one. I'm picking up on aromas of blackberry sorbet, tart plum, sweet vanilla, lime zest, doughy malt, and light rose
It's not infected, but the back end of this is overly sweet for my tastes at least. On the front end of the sip I'm tasting lime juice, tart plum, vanilla yogurt, blackberry sorbet, light strawberry, and doughy malt. The swallow brings notes of blackberry yogurt, sweet vanilla, lemon juice, and bready malt
A medium body pairs with gentle tingling carbonation, resulting in a bright beer. Finishes dry given the sweetness to it
I don't think this one is really for me, but I honestly don't mind it. There's much worse floating around out there, and at least this is drinkable

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
