Canned 3/10/23. “Spring forward“ stamped on the bottom of the can
And we’re right back to some Proclamation. My friend ordered a draft pour of this beer when we visited the taproom a few weeks back, and I quite enjoyed the sip I took of his, so I figured I’d grab a can to go. Let’s crack it open and see what it has to offer
Pours a cloudy yellow gold with 3 fingers of soapy white head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves decent lacing
It’s pretty unique in the nose, a bit estery which is odd for the style but I can get on board with. I’m picking up on aromas of banana runts, bready malt, honey, overripe cantaloupe, orange zest, light white pepper, and grass
It doesn’t carry the same odd funk in taste, but I still dig it for its simplicity. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting orange zest, crackery malt, earthy hops, lemon zest, tangerine, light pineapple juice, and honey. The swallow brings notes to orange juice, overripe cantaloupe, earthy hops, pineapple juice, white pepper, light grapefruit, and grass
A medium body pairs with moderate carbonation, resulting in a creamy beer with s bit of a bite. Finishes mostly dry with a gentle bitterness
While it’s not as fresh as before or on tap, I still enjoy this aot. A fun, easy drinking NEIPA

Nice flavor - very smooth and moderately sweet with pineapple and tangerine notes. Feel is soft with low bitterness. I really like this one. Just a pleasant NEIPA from a brewery that has some misses for me. Maybe my fave from them now.

On-tap 10/26/2021 at Grid Iron Ale House & Grille in Warwick, RI, served in a tulip glass.
A: The beer is a light yellowish gold color, with a short white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains strong fruity citrus, floral hops and light caramelized malts.
T: The taste starts out sweet with a strong juicy and fruity citrus flavor followed by a strong floral hops bitterness. The malt character is on the lighter side but on-target for the style and brings a very good balance. The after-taste is sweet and hoppy.
M: Very crisp and very smooth, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Very tasty, goes down quite easily, not filling at all, decent kick, very good representation of style, this is a very nice IPA to drink for a long time.

On draft at Aidan’s in Bristol RI. A very nice (if not world class) hazy NEIPA.
Look is moderately hazy, about 50%.
Feel is slightly acidic, with a fair amount of carbonation.
Smell is nicely citrus, grapefruit, mango.
Taste is not as citrus/grapefruit as the smell would suggest. More of a 60/40 balance between a hazy NEIPA and a more bitter wet-hopped classic IPA. Bitterness on the finish, mild in intensity.
A nice beer to have after a long walk on a warm day.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy pale whitish yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high white head that died down a bit but never completely faded away.
S: Light aromas of lime, lychee and stone fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the flavors of lime citrus are a bit subdued. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA has a soft mouthfeel that is a bit juicy. It is very easy to drink.

16oz. can served in a tulip. Pours a dull orange with a loose, quarter-inch, off-white head that quickly disperses into a thin tight band around the shoulders and a soapy slick across the center. Nose is subdued - hints of citrus, and pith. Taste follows nose with the addition of some herbal notes and perhaps a trace of bubblegum. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with an assertive carbonation. Overall, not really my jam - flavor profile is a bit muddled for my sensibilities.
