Canned 3/28/22. “Tiny slaps” stamped on the bottom of the can

This is really not a style you see around often, so I like to get it whenever I see it. If I have to give one thing to Proclamation, they always have a nice variety of styles available. Let’s see how they handle this rare style

Pours a cloudy yellow gold with 2 fingers of soapy white head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves minimal lacing

It’s quite grainy in the nose, but the dry hop cuts through nicely. I’m picking up on aromas of toasted grain, cooked rice, orange zest, peppery hops, crackery malt, and light lemon

The hops are pretty forward in taste too, but it makes for a sharp beer. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting lemon zest, peppery hops, crackery malt, biscuit, and light rice. The swallow brings notes of cooked rice, grapefruit rind, crackery malt, toasted grain, herbal hops, and lemon zest

A light medium body pairs with gentle tingling carbonation, resulting in a crisp and sharp beer. Finishes dry and quite bitter

This one is definitely different even as far as the style goes. It kinda reminds me of the Pivo Snaps from Other Half/Firestone Walker. Good stuff

Pours a somewhat hazy yellow gold.color with a thin off white head. Aroma is a little weak. Maybe a little sweet corn out of it (this is a rice lager I realize). The taste is just divine - a beautifully sweet flavor with some rice tones and a pleasant faint tangerine hops on top of it that balances really well. Maybe some honey notesbin the finish. Mouthfeel is soft and very low bitterness. This was a fantastic surprise of a beer and I really love it. Great job by a great brewery - having it up in NH so it is a treat to find it
