Dry-Hopped Oak Aged Ale Blended with Kombucha.
Tingling tartness from the kombucha tantalize the taste buds, while a dry hop of Mandarina Bavaria, Huell Melon, and Taiheke bring the citrus notes of grapefruit and tangerine. A light haze and enough of a dry, crisp body to keep the sweets in check, this beer is so well balanced and at only 4.3% abv, it's the perfect beer to crush this summer!

Now this one sounds interesting. A Wild Ale blended with Kombucha, a move that I didn’t expect, even from Proclamation. I also picked up the watermelon variant of this, but I wanted to get a feel for this base beer first. Let’s get into this strange blend
Pours a cloudy pale gold with 3 fingers of creamy off white head that quickly fades to a thin cap and leaves decent lacing
There’s a huge funk to the nose but it’s also shockingly smooth. I’m picking up on aromas of lemon juice, pear skin, tannic white wine, bready malt, orange zest, floral hops, lemongrass, and light honey
The funk in taste is quite different; not exactly abrasive but earthy and present. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting tannic white white, earthy wheat, coriander, lemon zest, peppercorn, bready malt, and light orange juice. The swallow brings notes of peppercorn, crackery malt, wildflower honey, coriander, lemon zest, orange juice, pear skin, and white grape
A light body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a tart and effervescent beer. Finishes mostly dry with a nice tartness
This is a truly strange beer, but I like it a lot. Even coming from someone who has tried Kombucha exactly 1 time, this is good
