CULT OF OAK RELEASE August 2023. Open fermented. Mixed fermentation Ale with Rosemary, Rose Hips, and Hawthorn Berries. Light acidity reminiscent of lemonade with healthy amounts of brett funk you normally find in lambic-style beers that gives way to subtle herbaceous, borderline savory flavors from the light, artful touch of rosemary.
