Collaboration with Phantasm. We started with an IPA recipe and added Phantasm (dried Sauvignon Blanc grape skins from New Zealand) to the whirlpool, then dry hopped with Strata, a little Waimea, and a sprinkle of Citra.
Bright, tropical fruit aromas burst out of the can as soon as you crack it. The beer drinks light and crisp on the palate but is packed with passionfruit, guava, citrus rind, and honeysuckle flavors.
