On tap at Threes Brewing. From notes. Reviewed 29 January 2016.

Opaque black with creamy head and heavy lacing.
Smells roasty and hoppy, as it ought.
Loads of hops. Right at the end there is a chocolate kick that reminds you that you're drinking an IPA. This is magical.
One of the most perfectly executed Black IPAs I've ever encountered. Highly recommended.

On tap. Poured very dark. Aroma was both hoppy and roasty. It also had a bit of an odd tangy scent to it. Flavor was pretty much your standard black IPA except for this odd acidity. Biting flavor. Greener hops and very dark malt. I had another black IPA from Other Half right before this and this one was not quite as tasty.

Poured from a growler. Dark opaque black color with a large khaki head that sticks around. Minimal lacing. The nose is of roasted malt and slight hop. Mouthful is medium bodied with a nice hop aftertaste. Head still present, each quaff begs for another.

Shwartzbier style. Hoppy aroma and hoppy taste. A little one dimensional hoppy black. Ok drinkability. On tap at Moor pat's. Black colour, little head.
