Pours like oj, creamy white head , thin lace
Slight tropical, citrus, lots of hops, bitterness
Very bitter, tasty beer. Not a juice bomb as much as I’m accustomed to. Piney finish
Light/medium body, crisp , effervescent carb

Bought this beer when it came out last month, finally having it today. One of the softer brews from Other Half that I've had, this wasn't groundbreaking but was oh-so-easy to fall in love with. More Wai-iti than Simcoe, the fruit flavors really emerged here on top of a pillowy hop feel and this one was tough to keep in my Teku glass!
Nice, dank apricot hue to this with plenty of head to top it off. A fair amount of lacing remained once I worked my way through this, though it wasn't anything special. Tons of orange and pineapple in the nose with even more in the taste. Fresh, grassy, and smooth, this was pure citrus juice with a sunny, spring day thrown in for good measure. No burn, no bitterness, and a light mouthfeel kept things easygoing. This felt tropical from start to finish with just a tad too much sweetness, though that wasn't a deterrent.
The alcohol was completely hidden here as I felt a slight warming effect once I finished this off. With a date of 12/7 and SA TA DAY written below it, this would be a perfect beer to take in the park - even if one couldn't get Chicago on the radio. Yet another Other Half beer that I'd easily reach for again!

Pours hazy opaque. Great lacing. Aroma of orange peel. Taste of orange peels, lemon zest, light mango with light tropical fruit finish. Super refreshing and easy to drink. Great ddh. Big fan of other Half brewing.

Hey now say wow...thanks rowmark! I'm unruly a massive fan of any other half simcoe brew but this is a bit heavy green for me. Once you get over the assault of freshness there is some solid taste going on...but nithing to set this apart or make it better than any other ipa these guys crank out. Amazing beer for almost any brewery but for other half a bit of a middle of the roader.

Best can I've had from OH, not the best beer. Lots of flavor depth, but still not their best. That would be broccoli IMO.

Hazy and opaque. Yellow hay color with small head that falls away into a ring of white. Intense taste of lemon and sweet orange with a grassy finish. I loved this beer.
