Thanks to larryi86 for sending this my way in NBS BIF #11...it continues
Hazy. Golden hued straw in color with a fluffy white head that pushed 2 fingers, then slowly settled in as a clumpy ring and and some serious clinging to the glass.
Aroma bursts with an earthy leaning tropical blend of pineapple, guava, and kiwi fur (the fruit-HAHA). A mild citrus note peeks in at the end.
Taste is definitely more tropical than citrus. The guava and pineapple begin forcefully but then do leave a little space for a zesty citrus to slowly build. It begins as grapefruit but lets a tad of tangerine come in. Finally it closes out with a slow, drying hint of dank.
Mouthfeel is mildly fluffy, actively carbonated, and retains a unique mineral water feel to it.
Overall, with the hop profile I was just expecting (hoping) for a bit more citrus. Not a knock against it, but more up my alley.
Great mouthfeel though. Hmm, is it the water?

Don't remember where this one came from but happy for the taste. Long time fan of hop showers and recent fan of Vic secret as a result of other half using the hop in a way that I love. Lookswise it dont get jucier. Nose is a welcome blast of citrus. Taste...well...she's gulpable. Really gorgeous...citrus...immaculately clean but super one dimensional, but a damn fine dimension. Hop showers indeed. Candied hop happiness. Winner winner chicken dinner. This one's a keeper for the fan of the candied citrus bomb.
