We brewed this beer with a ton of raspberry and finished it off with Hoof Hearted Brewing coffee and Tahitian vanilla.

Missed this beer the first time around as I was away on the road two years ago. Thankfully, this was released again a few months back as I was able to buy this directly at the brewery. Sure, Other Half's put out a ton of Berliner Weisse beers recently, but most of them have been quite good and this was enjoyable and true enough to form for me to enjoy as it had to be one of the least potent brews that I've *ever* reviewed on here!
Such a soft, gently raspberry-peach hue to this beer as it was bright, clear, and unassuming. A bit of frothy head topped it off as there wasn't any lacing left behind, with the bubbles near the top of my liquid quickly settling down after each sip. Loads of raspberry, acetate, yeast, and tartness in the mild nose as the taste was quite earthy, funky, and subtly juicy on the palate. I have no idea where the coffee is but it was probably in the form of the consistency of this beer as the vanilla and fruit were much more present in the taste. Light, nicely carbonated, and incredibly easy to drink, this didn't even feel like a beer but that wasn't a testament to how smoothly this was crafted...
Canned on 1/17 of this year with "GOLD ON THE CEILING" written below that, this had such a fun, funky 70's feel to this as the name and image that the label and writing on the can were indicative of the funky smoothness of the liquid. It won't be rated high in here but in terms of fun, beers don't get a lot better than this. So much fun to be head here from start to finish!

375ml capped bottle into Night Shift stemware. A berliner with COFFEE, vanilla and raspberries... this one's gonna be an adventure.
Great color. Bright red, opaque and juicy looking with a big, fluffy pink head. Nose has big coffee and vanilla notes. Smells more like an imperial stout than a berliner. Raspberries are conspicuously missing for what is usually a really prominent and pungent flavor. I'm not sure what to make of this. Beer opens vanilla and raspberry. The coffee presence isn't really detectable on the palate but I still get the retro-olfactory sense from my palate. Light tartness balanced by a creamy sweetness. Not intensely tart which I appreciate. Again, no huge coffee on the nose, none on the palate. Some juicy raspberry at the finish with a seedy presence that might just be coffee roast. Finishes soft and clean. Surprisingly good. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly on the palate and goes down bubbly, effervescent and clean with a juicy, lingering, slightly puckering finish.
The nose made me question this offering but the flavor really delivers here. For better, the coffee isn't really detectable with the raspberries and vanilla and the balance between lightly tart, sweet and creamy just works. Worth trying.
