L - 1/2 finger pink head atop a reddish orange body.

S - strawberries, vanilla, ice cream cake. All dessert.

T - strawberry shortcake. Tons of strawberries with vanilla and brown sugar sprinkled on top. Not getting any real sour notes...and only a hint of berry tartness. More of a fruit beer. No bitterness. Moderate sweetness. No booziness.

F - medium-light body with higher carb.

O - a dessert fruit beer. Neither sour nor an ipa as advertised, but still tastes good.

 

 

 

Pours a cloudy light pink to rose color. Minimal pinkish white head that dissipates quickly. Nose is just like you would expect, strawberries and cream. Taste is of light strawberry juice with lactose. Perfect amount of tart/sourness to this beer. Very refreshing but I would say that it becomes a bit “chemical” like at times. By that I mean that as I kept tasting and letting it warm the taste almost seemed to become more “fake” like extract. Still a refreshing beer at that. Really no hoppyness to it. Strawberries and cream are the stars. Medium to light body. Could possibly have been a touch creamier. Enjoyed this one for sure.

 

 

 

 

 

Pours a red/pink color with a thin head that dissipate quickly. I smell strawberries and lactose. The taste is quite interesting because I taste strawberries and cream up front with sour taste in the middle and then ending with no sour tatste just a fruity taste. Very good and complex beer with almost no bitterness.
