Dirty pink with a medium-sized and quickly disappearing head. Citrus hops, peach, and raspberry mixed together make grapefruit juice aroma. Taste resembles grapefruit juice as well ( slightly sour with moderate bitterness ). Weird but very drinkable.

How is this an American IPA? Sure, there's hops in here but there was so much fruit in the taste and feel that this almost should have been categorized as a Fruit/Vegetable beer. That's not to knock this - as it quickly entered and exited my pint glass - but this wasn't like any American IPA that I've ever had as the fruit made it so sweet, inviting, and accessible...
This had the pour of peaches with raspberry juice thrown into the mix as there was plenty of fine, dark sediment in the liquid with a sand-like amount of it ending up at the bottom of everything. Not a lot of lacing topped this soft liquid off as the lacing left behind was practically nonexistent. Peaches, raspberry juice, tart and ripe fruit, and some earthy fruit were in the nose as the aroma was subtle and pleasing at the same time. The taste was quite juicy, ripe, and raw as it felt like fresh fruit and fruit juice was in this, minus the hops and booze that would give this beer it's identity. Not a true American IPA, this was sour from the get-go but almost felt like a Fruit/Vegetable beer at the same time!
There was booze here and it could be felt after a while but trying to find the body and bitterness in this proved to be a tougher task. No, this wasn't bad but it might have been categorized incorrectly on here since it had hints of syrup and juice that made it feel like something that needed a can opener to enjoy. Maybe this was called Thought Bubbles since it made me ponder what a beer is, and what an IPA should be. Not typical in any sense, I still found myself drawn to this as I attempted to nail it down. Canned on 9/27/18 with "ZESTY MAGIC written underneath it, this was worth a go once for the uniqueness factor, if nothing else!

Tall can direct from the brewery....9/27/18
Interesting looking pour, dull raspberry in color, moderate cap and just a strand or two of lacing.
Bright fruity sniff.
Tasty, fruity, moderately sour. Notes of raspberries abound.
Not sure what this has to do with"IPA" but I like it.....interesting take on the about to explode "style".

Nice execution for OH’s first sour IPA (at least the first one I’ve ever seen from them).
