Dark brown. Medium-sized, beige head. Cocoa, milk chocolate, strawberry, and some coffee in the aroma. Heavily sweet taste with gentle roasted bitterness in the end.

Picked up this beer a while ago in Brooklyn and finally got around to it on my off day this week. All of the Other Half bottles that I've had lately have crushed it and this was right in line with those as it felt like fermented chocolate with a hint of booze and tons of berries thrown in for good measure. Quite hard to pace myself for this session as this was incredibly smooth and easy to savor!
Such a gorgeous pour to this as the liquid was chocolate and the head was the softest mocha that looked like a solid slicked to perfection. The fine bubbles took a while to dissipate and the lacing left behind was quite extensive and nearly just as fine at the same time. Loads of milk and dark chocolate, strawberries, and cocoa nibs in the quiet but wondrous nose as the flavors really came through in the taste. Rich, luscious, and slick, the strawberries burst through as soon as I took my first sip and seemed to have some raspberry and boysenberry behind it to complement the chocolate quite nicely. A bit chalky, the powder was a plus as it kept the liquid from feeling one-dimensional.
With over 1,900 beers rated and (most) reviewed on here, I can't say that I've ever had one that hid the alcohol so well as this. This felt like liquid candy in every aspect except that I had it out of a glass - that's how good this was. I keep saying that Other Half can't top themselves but once again, they hit it out of the park and onto the street with this one. A dessert beer if there ever was one, it's bottles like this that make me forget what they go for. Worth every penny, this one's a keeper and one for the ages!

"Imperial stout with cacao nibs, strawberries and vanilla"
OMFG....
Mid sized bottle (16.9 ounces) from the source in Brooklyn a few weeks ago.
I dont see any dating info, but this one obviously is a candidate for a few years in a dark cool place...not that it needs any!
Impressive looking Impy stout, leaving extensive fields of bold dark mocha sheeting all up and down the glass.
Fudgy fudge brownie sniff, luscious and inviting.
Super rich, vicious, motor oil in consistency and feel
Truly over the top delicious brew, loaded with fudge brownie, mocha, chocolate, yes some strawberry in the rear, vanilla, a hint of wood, molasses...Impressive creation...world class night capper...well worth seeking out
