Brewed with Mudhouse Coffee Roasters coffee, this has a full creamy character and is conditioned on vanilla and Worka coffee that is rich in fruity blueberry notes.

Look - Pours a jet black color with a creamy tan head.
Smell - Very nice coffee notes with slight vanilla. The fruity character of the Worka coffee is noticeable, but not overwhelming.
Taste - Coffee, then vanilla, then blueberry sweetness. The imperial stout gets a little lost in the sweetness, but none of the flavors overwhelm. I didn't notice the 13% alcohol until the last few sips.
Feel - Creamy without being too thick. The glass was left coated by the stout, but it never felt sticky.
Overall - This was a nice drinking imperial stout that really showed off the Worka coffee. It made me want to try a fresh brewed cup of it. I would definitely drink this beer again.

Incredibly rich and smooth without a hint of the whopping abv content. Only complaint is that the milk sugar adds a high level sweetness in the feel.

Look: non-effervescent brown with a golden aura.
Smell: alcohol, paint thinner, brown butter. In this case, all good things.
Taste: fresh roasted coffee with only a hint of the vanilla.
Feel: smooth and silky.
On tap at the brewery.
Beautiful!
Can’t wait to try the bottle version as well as the Yirgz variation.

MId sized bottle direct from the source in Brooklyn.
Deep, dark and murky, minimal dark mocha cap, and leaves just a few scattered bits of thicker lacing.
Soft cafe au lait and milk chocolate all over the nose.
Super thick, viscous and rich mouthfeel wise.
Delicious sipper/night capper....loaded with more smooth and fairly mild coffee notes, and a rich undercoating of luxurious fudgey molten chocolate....just released a few weeks ago, this is drinking super smooth and on point...no alcohol heat.... in my book this is world class right now...no need to age it....get some and enjoy

Pours very dark with a nice mocha head, moderate lacing. Huge chocolate and coffee aroma, I can smell the sweet lactose. Delicious chocolate flavor, quite sweet, coffee flavor is very mild with no bitterness. Very thick and full bodied. ABV is well hidden. Overall a fantastic beer.
