Poured from a bottle (can’t recall release date) into a festival taster
L: deep black brown, small brown head with an aggressive pour fades quickly. No lacing, good legs
S: rich chocolatey nose, cinnamon leads. Vanilla, some coconut, definitely sweet. Not much alcohol, surprising given abv
T: cinnamon right off the bat, quickly evolves into this in-your-face flavor. A little medicinal, as that fades get cinnamon again with coconut and almond. Think coffee and chocolate are mashing together for me. Medium/long finish features those cacao nibs. Not drinking this expecting much balance, it’s sweet and what I expected. Warming alcohol but not nearly to the level I expected. Not sure what I’m getting from the barrel aging, might just be missing it
F: low carbonation, medium-thick body, coats the mouth thoroughly
O: an adjunct-forward stout that delivers what I expected. Sweet, decent nose, taste has a hiccup but overall fine

This one pours a very dark black color, with a tiny head, and not much lacing at all.
This smells like almond cream, cinnamon, oak, bourbon, coconut candy, and maple.
Like basically every OH stout these days, this is monstrously sweet. It's tasty, but it's so taxing. It's mostly almond and cinnamon here - I don't usually love cinnamon in stouts (or any beer, or really anything other than cinnamon rolls). There's an intense creaminess, like almond-flavored coffee creamer and vanilla frosting. There's seemingly less barrel than the even-more-absurdly-adjunctified BA VIP Snowbirds, which is surprising. I like it, but can't they make a stout that has any actual bitterness?
This is syrupy, and thick, with basically no booziness. It's drinkable, I guess, but it would probably make your stomach hurt to drink it too quickly.
This is good, as it makes your tongue feel good as you drink it, but it's also bad, as it's just an End of Rome, hedonistic, bacchanalian affair, and it doesn't taste like beer at all. You make the choice, I guess?
