Packed with enough Citra, Galaxy, Motueka & El Dorado to crush a level boss. We built this Imperial IPA Upon a base of pils malt with generous amounts of flaked and malted oats to provide a silky smooth mouthfeel. We also level upped this flagrantly hopped IPA with Citra Cryo And Incognito.

Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (10% clarity) light golden to yellow color with a white head. SRM of 6-7. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aroma of orange, passionfruit, lychee, lime, mango. (4.25)
Flavor: Flavors follow with orange, passionfruit, cherry limeade, like cheese, mango. (4.00)
Feel: Medium body, appropriate carbonation, finishes, juicy, zesty, clean. Hides the alcohol well. Soft finish. (4.25)
Compared to Mortalis Ceres 5/26: Less creamy peach, mango. More lychee, grapefruit, lime. Drier.
Overall: Other Half Broccoli World. A lot of hype around this one for good reasons. Excellent array of hops. Tangerine, passionfruit upfront that leads into a cherry-limeade and lychee flavor that the Motueka adds. Motueka adds the great "broccoli" flavor here. Incredible complexity and hop flavors. Zesty, yet creamy and soft. Amazing IPA.

(19 days old) Standard haze. Fresh, citrusy, tropical aroma. Juicy, saturated-hop flavor with some initial terpene intensity. Smooth . . . check. Vibrant flavors for sure, though lacking in individual character.

Unretired evidently. On March 23, 2026, I picked up a 16 oz can at Grand Central Terminal for the train ride home. Very tasty!

I tasted this wonderful beer in summer of 2020, but just now realized I had yet to leave a rating for it. I have recollection of incredible aroma and equally stunning hop flavor. A Florida shooting star of hoppy excellence. Short lived but long remembered.

Fantastic juice bomb. Tastes like a glass of fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice.
