Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a Other Half tulip glass; canned 08/28/2020, code MONSOON SEASON.
A: Pours an opaque, golden amber color with a less than one finger, light tan orange head, a bit more than rim retention, and somewhat disappointing lacing.
S: Aromas of caramel, lemon/orange, and cocoa predominate. Definitely a honey, sweet tea, and pine notes. Complex and enjoyable.
T: Semisweet and sweet. Complex with flavors are a melange of the nose. Light to moderate bitterness, but exceptionally well balanced.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes with a touch of tannic dryness.
O: This is a gorgeous American Imperial IPA. Enjoyed it immensely after a tough day at work.
