From a 16oz can, dated 12/21/20. Served in an IPA glass.
Pours a hazy dull orange with a finger-plus of soft, whipped cream-like head. Retention is excellent, leaving a thick lathery cap and a heavy curtain of foamy lacing.
A fairly mild aroma of sweet pineapple juice and cream. Creamier and creamier as it warms in the glass.
Taste follows the nose to a point but goes deeper with a satisfying biscuity body and light earthy bitterness. Pineapple, peach, citron, cream.
Feel is clean and juicy, medium bodied and brightly carbonated. Hella easy drinking.
Overall, a clean and simple showcase for Galaxy. Very, very nicely done.
