Picked this up recently at Other Half as I love all of the other dual hop beers that I've had from them over the year. While these two aren't seen together often, they worked well together if you like your brews on the dank and spicy side as this wasn't as soft and easily crushable as their more well-known counterparts.
However, this poured like juice as the hue was uniform and muted in appearance. Enough head topped this off as the lacing was nicely layered along the top half of my pint glass with lots of splotches along the bottom half. Funky, turbid hops, earthy strawberry patch, and a onion and scallion-like spice in the nose as the taste had some forest, funk, and deep tropical pith in it although the sweeter fruit was lacking here. The feel to this was quite raw and outdoorsy but not too heavy, although the malt was recessed as the carbonation was present enough to keep this from feeling too heavy.
There was enough alcohol in this although it wasn't felt on the palate as much as it warmed me up before I finished it off. The aftertaste had just a hint of sticky papaya in it and the strawberry patch held throughout but this was more about the hops than the flavors they brought fourth. Once again, there wasn't a date on the bottom of the can but this was plenty fresh and enjoyable once I adjusted to it. Keep these beers, and their hop combos, coming!

Bright, vibrant orange pour with light head that dissipates quickly.
Nose is extremely hoppy. It's a bit funky and vegetal.
Taste has a nice bit of bitterness up front. Not much sweetness but there is quite a bit of the spicy, green onion flavor. Not much booziness in the taste, it's easy to drink fast.
Feel is fairly heavy with not much carbonation.
It definitely tastes like an OH beer, but this one really leans into the bitter, vegetal flavors versus the smooth, juicy, sweeter flavors that you usually find in their IPAs. It's good though I prefer their beers with a little more of the tropical juice notes.
