Collaboration with Cellarmaker Brewing and Trillium Brewing.
One of the best collab days with our friends at Cellarmaker and Trillium. A killer day of jokes and smelling hops at Cellarmakers brewery that resulted in this classic DIPA. Really pumped to bring this great to the East Coast.

Three breweries? Five hops?
I'm sure they had a blast making this and collaborating but like the previous reviewer, I felt like there was too much going on here.
To be fair, this was *not* a bad beer and if you like any of the places that had a hand in making this, then you'll certainly enjoy this as it was easily enjoyable since it checked off all of the proverbial boxes.
Poured like melon, cloudy like something from these parts, and plenty foamy, the appearance to this was fine as the lacing left behind was concentrated in a thick ring near the center of my glass. Tangy tangerine, subdued melon, and underlying fruit cocktail were in the nose as the taste was plenty yeasty, hoppy, and chewy as the balance was certainly here. A lively carbonation and hint of exotic fruit and fruit cocktail kept this lighthearted but for some reason, nothing in particular stood out to me. A bit of bread and wine stuck around in the aftertaste as I nearly needed a chaser of water to fully get this down.
Canned on 1/13, this held up fine over the intervening months as there wasn't any sediment to be seen and in addition, the alcohol was recessed enough to let everything else come through. That would have been easier if there wasn't so much going on here. Buy this beer for the appeal of it and the three bridges on the label that were near the three breweries that had a hand in making this, and wonder what could have been if so many cooks weren't involved in concocting this fermented broth...

This was good but for me not great. The Other Half beers I’ve had in say the last six months - all of which were brewed in Brooklyn and drank at 2-3 weeks post-canning - have been uniformly stellar and this fell a little short of that mark. The feel here is excellent, middle weight with a smooth but lively carbonation that made for a super drinkable experience and a good amount of crispness on the palate. My issue was there’s so much going on and some of the notes kind of clash, fighting for attention. Some bitter resinous flavors alternate with the white wine and grape tones from the Nelson. It truly does bring the west coast vs east coast thing to the fore. As I drank and the beer opened up and came up a bit in temperature it became more appealing to be sure.
This seems like a critical review but I really did like this beer. It’s just not (for example) All Nelson Everything, which brings such explosive and focused flavor. Likewise I’ve enjoyed the handful of Cellarmaker beers I’ve had but this is somehow caught between worlds. Definitely worth trying though and I’m sure they had tons of fun brewing it.
