Time relentlessly pushes forward just like this IPA is relentlessly hop forward. To celebrate our 7th Anniversary we decided to stuff this beer with some of our favorite hops from the last year. Citra and Citra Cryo, perennial favorites, Motueka and Riwaka from our friends @freestylehops, Cashmere with it's crazy fruity pebbles profile and little hit of Ekuanot for it's strong tropical fruit character.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops floral hops undertones with some juicy notes and light tropical notes are also perceptible. Taste is also a mix of citrusy floral hops undertones with some floral hops notes and juicy notes with light residual sugar notes and some tropical/mango notes are also perceptible. Body is full with good carbonation and faint fusel notes. Enjoyable tripel IPA without too much alcohol not being perceptible.

the first half an easy tasty hop beverage. Second half sugary soft drink with powdery hops. Overall Ok beer to have, though expected more than an anniverary.

Look - thick milky off yellow with a white head
Smell - big fruity citrus lemon tangerine a lil tropical
Taste- fantastic blend of of the citrus like lemon tangerine with a slight melon
Feel - thick and creamy with a light carb
Overall - just fantastic

Love this beer. Has an onion/savory vibe to it along with the fruity notes. Goes great with pizza, pork fried rice or Texas style bbq. Love this beer. Awesome triple.
