This DIPA has a strong base of Citra and Citra Cryo and is then hit with Idaho 7, Tomahawk and Amarillo Cryo. Expect big lychee and sweet orange notes followed by danker pineapple and citrus notes.

Hazy yellow color. Big, white head. Pineapple, orange, and malt in the aroma. Juicy taste with pleasant hoppy bitterness.Balanced and refreshing, as most of the OH beers.

Pale yellow, almost Mountain Dew-esque on the pour. Fairly translucent for a NEIPA. Huge white head that lasts for quite a while.
Nose is big tropical fruit. Pineapple mostly, with mango and lemon-lime in the background. Slight hint of pine.
Bright, zippy flavors. The lemon is up front here. It's tart and surprisingly bitter. It's definitely citrus-y with a little bit of pithy orange peel flavors. Long finish without much sweetness. Mostly bitter.
Mouthfeel is light with a ton of carbonation. It still coats the mouth in the way you want a NEIPA to though.
Overall I have to say that this one leans a little bit more toward bitter than I prefer my OH IPAs to be. It's nice for something different and actually fairly refreshing for a hot, humid day (like today is,) but when I reach for an OH IPA, I want those big, fruit punch flavors.

Murky/hazy yellow with two fingers of white foam. Smell of dank and weedy hops with a shot of pineapple juice. Taste focuses on lime pith and lemon zest up front, with melon rind, lychee, and a kiss orange zest supporting before the dank hops finish. Feel is well balanced between the sweet fruit juice and dank/zesty hop elements, easy drinking but has plenty of character, but finishes very light. Different and enjoyable, a little more potency would take this one to high places

Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into an Other Half snifter glass; canned 03/17/21, St. Patrick's Day!
A: Pours an opaque, dark golden color with a one to two finger, lemon chiffon head, rim retention, but relatively sparse rings of lacing.
S: Aromas of caramelized corn, lychee, more juniper than pine, and plantain.
T: Semisweet. Flavor characterized by corny creaminess, lychee nut, and caramel, but other elements of the nose are detectable. Solid bitterness.
M: Medium bodied with medium effervescence. Silky and minty on the finish (I know that doesn't quite make sense, but it's what I got.
O: Could swear this had Cashmere in it, maybe it's the Idaho 7. Fun and different.

Yet another winner from OH. Just bursting with flavor. Citra is most prominent, which makes sense given the brewer's description. But it's hardly one note. I could see some consider this "too sweet" (especially on the back end). But to me it's simply delicious. And, as usual, it hides its 8% dangerously well. Then again, is 8% even considered a "high" ABV any more? That's my go-to sweet spot.
