We really enjoyed the NZ Pacific Sunrise hops we experimented with when we made New Year Sunrise so we thought we woiuld bring them back in a new IPA packed with Galaxy, Motueka, and El Dorado to compliment them.

16oz can served in a big snifter. Dated 09/02/21. Shipped it home from NYC last month.
Pours a very pale yellow, hazy, smallish head. Smell is cotton candy, citrus, and mango. A little bit of a resin bite.
Taste is bubble gum / melon, citrus, mango. Lots of pith. Fair amount of resinous bitterness in the finish, but not overwhelming.
Mouthfeel is moderately gritty, fairly light, and seems somewhat effervescent. Overall, this is a pretty nice beer.

09/03/21 D.C. on bottom of can. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Very pale yellow with 2-3 finger white frothy head with good retention and copious lacing.
S: Aroma profile is light with some lime, honeydew melon, and pineapple but not much else except a tea-like herbal note
T: Flavor more than makes up for the light aroma with interesting fruity combos of lime, pineapple, passion fruit, overripe peach, and tangerine. low bitterness and moderate on esters. Alcohol is well-hidden. Unique flavor profile..
M: Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation and smooth slightly dry finish.
O: District Sunrise doesn’t disappoint in the flavor and feel departments - great package of unique fruity combinations.qqq
