Like all beers in our 'Gems' series, DDH Crushed Gems is very Citra forward and this batch features hand-selected Citra hops along with Simcoe and Idaho 7 Cryo for a big, pineapple-forward flavor.

I love how this beer blends the citrus forward flavors of Citra with the dankness of Simcoe— all in a reasonable 6.5% package. Nothing off or overdone here… masterful.

Pours a thick milky cloud of pale golden goodness. Bold smell, sharp, piney, mouth-watering. Light-bodied and crisp, easy to sip. Light notes of pineapple, honey melon, tangerine, They say its citra forward but I find it far more unique and refreshing than the usual heavy citra-hopped HIPAs and I favor it for that reason.
Pick this one up if you're considering it.

Crushed Gems is a double dry-hopped IPA (with Citra, Simcoe and Idaho) from Other Half.
The can pour is pale yellow with a 1 cm foam cap and a a punch aroma of pineapple and berries.
The brew is richly flavored. Pineapple, passionfruit and melon are most prominent. There is sweetness and moderate hop bitterness.
The mouthfeel is exceptionally smooth.
This is a treat.

Tall can, w/o dating info that I can see.
Typical great looking, fully hazed n juiced OH pour, leaves a frothy and lasting cap and then a load of fine lacing all over the glass.
Softly pungent sniff, with ripe melon coming to mind.
Delicious NEIPA, more melon, ripe pineapple, lime and mint...soft and smith as it passes through the mouth...mighty fine stuff from one of my favorite breweries.
