Poured from a can (11June2021) into a teku
L: pours a creamy, somewhat muted yellow orange with a massive and dense white head (I didn’t pour too well) that’s fading slowly. Leaves some very chunky lacing as it does, along with this whipped egg whites looking lump that eventually fades
S: proper rich and dank tropical fruit aroma, some TIPA sweetness and hint of abv as well. Mango and pineapple, melon comes out more as it’s warmed. Some nice berry notes - noticed on the swallow first, get it now on the nose
T: follows the nose well, mix of tropical fruit with a good amount of TIPA sweetness. Melon there for sure, especially as it’s warmed. Pineapple, mango, some berry as well that I didn’t get at first from the nose. Abv is present but not overwhelming and works well with the overall flavor
F: medium+ body, medium carbonation. Pretty smooth and full mouthfeel
O: very solid TIPA, plays to OH’s strengths. Sweet but not cloying, great tropical fruit character, abv there but doesn’t detract
