Standard haze. Fresh citrusy and piney aroma. The Cascade pineyness reminds me of old school favorites, but grown in NZ, these Cascades add a tropical zest that sets this beer apart.

Can from the NZ Hop Week box. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a rocky white head that sticks around, nice lacing, smell is dank peppery weed, zesty orange creamsicle, cantaloupe, hints of mashed potatoes and onion, taste is dank peppery weed, orange pudding, marmalade, sour cream and onion mashed potatoes, hints of white wine, feel is medium bodied, creamy carbonation. Zesty weed and wine infused onion mashed potatoes drink.

Cloudy pale yellow with two fingers of yellowed, sea foam head. Uneven dissipation and thick rings of lacing.
Lovely aroma of pine, cat pee, green onion and marijuana with hints of white wine and orange cream behind.
Weird artificial melon sweetness up front in the taste. I get cantaloupe and pink Starburst mostly. Maybe some creamy candied orange. Then a flash of older-school pine and some of the other danker elements from the nose towards the finish. Very odd.
Creamy, chewy feel with tight, soft carbonation.
I loved the nose and would have been happy if that continued to the taste. Instead it took a sharp left turn. Very fun to try and dangerously drinkable.
