Based on a German Dortmunder style of lager that is similar to a pilsner but slightly less bitter and a little more golden in color. We brew this beer with German pilsner and Vienna malts and hop it with German grown Spalt Spalter and Select.

Pours a near-translucent deep gold, with a foamy head like its plucked right off a TV screen.
Smell is dank, earthy, strong
Tastes follows the nose, very typical lager but goes down easy and finishes quite cleanly.

A very easy drinking and enjoyable lager from a premier Long Island brewery!

Pours gold with a nice white head. Bready smell with a slight hop nose as well. Crisp and clean finish with a little spice from the hops. Overall a great lager.

A: The beer is clear golden yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and lots of lacing on the surface and down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of pilsner and toasted malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and also has hints of biscuit-like malts along with a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and clean on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This lager has a very nice clean mouthfeel and goes down very easily.
