Cabbage is usually brewed with a mix of Mosaic, Simcoe, Motueka and Vic Secret T-90 hop pellets. For this version we took out some of the T-90's and replaced them with Incognito hop extract and Cryo versions of the Mosaic and Simcoe to brighten up the hop profile and bring forward even more fruit character.

Cloudy, yellow color. Big, white head. Grapefruit, stone fruits, and dank hops in the aroma. Tangy, moderately bitter taste. Juicy and fruity as always.
