Brewery description: For our 9th anniversary we teamed up with our friends at Troon and Fidens to brew up this imperial IPA with Citra hops in the kettle and hops of choice from Troon (Galaxy) and Fidens (Nelson Sauvin). We used our hand selected Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin lots which are both really great! Big passion fruit, peach, tropical citrus, grapefruit and white wine notes.
From a 2-week-old can, pours a greenish-light gold. Smell is mostly Nelson white grape and diesely dank I assume is from the Galaxy. Taste has that, plus tart tropical fruit and citrus, along with a real resinous flavor. Bit of pleasing bitterness in the finish. Insanely good.
