Collab with Monkish and Trillium. We have a history of making tasty tubers with our friends at Monkish and Trillium so we wanted to bring back the series for Monkish and Friends Week. This time we topped this sweet potato with Nectaron, Galaxy, Mosaic and Motueka hops

A - Opaque dark golden orange color with dense, frothy white lacing.
S - Tropical fruit, pineapple, and passion fruit with and overall aroma that is fruity.
T - As expected: Tropical fruit, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, and slight herbal character that ends on the herbally sweeter side.
M - Big medium body, chewy, pillowy soft and a semi-dry finish.
O - Yep, it's another New England opaque bomb from Other Half.
