Our 7th Anniversary IPA was jammed with an all star cast of American and New Zealand-grown hops and has some hops that really push the intensity envelope. To celebrate our 7th Anniversary we decided to stuff this beer with some of our favorite hops from 2020. Citra and Citra Cryo, perennial favorites, Motueka and Riwaka from our friends Freestyle Hops in New Zealand, Cashmere with its crazy fruity pebbles profile, and a little hit of Ekuanot for its strong tropical fruit character. Canned on 2/16/24; consumed on 3/4/24

Pours an opaque, pale gold body topped with two fingers of thick, eggshell-white foam; great head retention leaves a half-finger of cap, larger, frothy collar, and comprehensive spread of chunky, soapy lacing clinging around the walls of the glass.

Aromas waft peach through lime sorbet to open, with dank orange accents predominant as boggy resins evolve and linger over time.

Taste offers tones of mango smoothie and zesty peach skins upfront, with grassy resins tempering a citric tangerine evolution over the mid-palate as a dank edge proceeds into lime zest on the back end.

Mouthfeel offers a body on the fuller end of medium accompanied by a lower carbonation; a juicy is met with a subdued, gritty prickle over the mid-palate as a resinous glide courses over a brighter back end into a clean swallow.

Bright, juicy, and diverse in expression, the perpetual array of tropical-citrus interplay and danker subtext largely prevail despite the oddly low carbonation detracting slightly from the whole.
