Finding our friend Broccoli in the land of the Finger Lakes won't be easy amongst the cadre of water sports enthusiasts and farmers. This Finger Lakes inspired Imperial IPA is dosed with a healthy amount of Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Pacific Sunrise giving it a delicious blend of citrus and tropical fruit.

Canned 12/2 poured 12/18 pours golden yellow murk, fabulous head that was creamy and remained. Excellent aroma of white grapes, pineapple. Taste has sweet pineapple, lemon lime, grape. Oh so good! Feel is soft, creamy thick, delicious, sweet finish with trademark OH smacky. This is excellent!

Growler into pint glass. Pours a hazy deep gold with a persistent off-white head. Initial impression is citrus, grapefruit, and tropical fruits. Mouthfeel is smooth and thick. Finish fades to sweet-ish citrus. Very enjoyable!

This beer is typical looking for the style. It is very hazy and murky looking and a juicy looking pour. The head is a very fluffy looking white color, and 2 fingers. Great head retention and some good lacing on the glass.
The aroma is hoppy. I get pineapple on it, with dank notes to it.
Taste - The flavor is more mellow than expected, yet a good hit. I get pineapple, but I also get a good mango hit that didn't show up in the nose. I do get that hint of dank to start off the beer. I also get an earthiness in the flavor.
Soft bodied and very juicy feeling. Full bodied and there's no burn here.
Tasty treat, and a pleasure to try.
