Our friend Sam from Brujos dropped in to brew this collab with us using a blend of hand selected hops: Peacharine, Nelson, and Galaxy. Expect complex citrus and big notes of peach and apricot.

Pours cloudy gold color with a foamy 1 finger thick head that faded slowly and left good lacing. Smells of tangerine, grapefruit, orange peel, lemon, peach, lime, yeast, mild spices and faint booze like a mimosa. Tastes like it smells with grapefruit, lemon, tart orange juice, apricot, gummy bears, yeast, mild spices, candied sugar and a faint malty sweetness like caramel or bread drizzled with syrup. Mouthfeel is smooth with little to no carbonation, this feels heavy but still slides down fairly easy.

Sweet tropical hoppy, a hint of white wine grape, apricot and peachy stonefruit, and a hint of an earthy-citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a stonefruit dominant, slightly malty, and an orange-grapefruit citrus bitter finish. Initially when cold, the earthy Galaxy notes take a backseat. As it warms, however, those earthy bitter vibes start to assert themselves more on the backend. Leans more OH than Brujos and is only lacking a little bit in the aromatics and the hop expression on the palate. Good stuff!
