A nice blend of NW and NZ hops complement each other well in this IPA we spun up with our pals at Mikerphone from Chicago. We mixed this one with Citra, Citra Incognito, Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin and some Rakau for a tropical citrus explosion.

Standard haze. Somewhat restrained citrus and tropical aroma. Pleasing citrusy flavor with a big slice of pine. Nice soft mouthfeel. Perhaps this sample (40 days old) was not as fresh as I'm used to because the flavors didn't seem as well defined as usual for OH.

Pours a foamy deep gold with an even deper center.
The nose is grassy field, fresh rain, morning dew, light and spritely.
Taste is a bit piney, mildly grassy, rounded out with a bit of mild nectarine
Well-hopped, light, goes down easily.

Pours a very cloudy/hazy orange in color with a thick white head. Nice lacing left over too! Nose is very much citrus and pine. Taste was not as heavy on the citrus as the nose. Not enough bitterness. Fairly dry beer. Easy, smooth drinking beer.
