Our West Coast IPA for Green City Worldwide is a banger conceived of with our Italian pals at CRAK Brewing in Padua. Complex, with a bright flavor profile. Sweet grapefruit, mild fruity pine, and complex woody citrus come together to make a balanced, delicious and super crushable westie.

Pours a straw yellow in color with a thin white head that leaves decent lacing. Nose is somewhat grapefruit and peppery. Taste is also grapefruit hints. This has a white peppery finish and is fairly dry.

This one pours a light clear orange-ish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like orange, citrusy tea, floral bitterness, and some bready malt.
I’d want a bit more bitterness for this being a West Coast style IPA. It’s orange-y, a bit bubblegum-like, with mango, and a slightly tea-like bitterness. There’s some caramelly malt character, perhaps too much.
This is light bodied, not quite crisp or snappy enough, but decently drinkable.
There have been some decent West Coast IPAs coming from these Brooklyn folks, but this isn’t one of the best. Other Half is definitely better at the ol juice bombs.
