This collab with our friends at Mortalis is a riff based on our love of old school, landscape styled beer labels of the earlier craft beer years with little twist. The hop bill however is decidedly not old school with aggressive use of some of our favorite NZ hops: Southern Cross, Riwaka and Motueka. Bright and effervescent citrus rounded out with sweet mild fruity notes from the Southern Cross.

Canned on: ?????
Many thx to my longtime friend PhineasMcClintock for this can.
A - Opaque golden tan with frothy lacing that sticks to the sides of the glass like glue.
S - Overall fruity aroma
T - Lemon & lime rest on the palate in a big way. Add in some spicy tropical fruit, passion fruit, and grapefruit with a lingering resiny, character with a small amount of malt base struggling to rise through that massive hop wall.
M - Big pillowy soft and chewy body with a small amount of warming in the back of the pie hole.
O - The lingering resiny wall of hops with this beer is pretty insane (and in a good way).

Standard haze. Tropical, juicy aroma is fresh, but not as robust as some OH beers. Initial taste of spicy, earthy myrcene gives way to tropical punch in the final half. Vibrant flavors and distinctive character. Can't go wrong with all NZ hops.

It's a hazy
Cloudy, straw yellow in color with a thick, frothy, white head. Nose is boozy (think grain alcohol), hints at strawberry and citrus. Soft mouthfeel. Bit odd taste, light berry and citrus. Mild bitterness.
