Kung Fu isn’t all about kicks and strikes, it’s about learning and the perfection of one’s skills. We strive for ale excellence and occasionally we create liquid love. Fragrant citrus zest, distinctly juicy notes of tangerine and passion fruit, complemented by the subtlety of white tea and a saison-like spice.

Nice, hazy, lemondrop color with a soft, white head. Nice lacing.
Awesome hop smell , lemongrass and spice.
Taste follows nose. Belgian yeast pops and big hit of citrus hop. Malt combines well as hop resinates.

On tap at Whiskey Road, Cedar Falls, IA. Translucent golden yellow in color, with a couple of fingers of brilliant white foam that left a bit of spotty lacing. This beer is very hop forward. The combination of hops used results in big aromas and flavors of orange, tangerine, pine, and citrus zest. The Belgian-style yeast character is there, but somewhat subdued. Finish is clean and crisp, with some lingering bitterness. This is light-bodied with a medium mouthfeel, very drinkable with the alcohol well hidden. Nicely done!
