Hazy golden yellow color with minimal lacing. Cantillon-level farmhouse funk with powerful, fresh, well rounded hay-like hop flavors. Tasting this at the farm stand was great, as Plan Bee does not make many hoppy beers, but opening this up at home was like turning my kitchen into a barnyard. A seriously underappreciated local NY beer, far and away the best I've tasted this year so far.
