Appearance: Pours a hazy goldenstraw with a modest cap; a few strands of lace
Smell: Yeast phenols with a hint of lemon
Taste: Lemon and yeast phenols forward; tart through the middle, with some sweetness from the corn sugars but the finish is bright and somewhat tart
Mouthfeel: Light body with moderate to high carbonation

Lemon and pepper front to back. Tart taste. Grass flavor slightly hidden. Yellow haze with minimal head. High carbonation. Lace down the glass. Different color corns used in the blend hide the malt flavors.
